Our compassionate programs
Our grief program strives to help individuals move "from grief to growth," not by "getting over" the loss, but by learning how to carry it, build resilience and find renewed meaning and purpose in life after a loss by offering care, comfort, and support with empathy and compassion, recognizing that the duration and intensity of grief are different for each person.
Individual Grief Coaching
Grief Coaching- A specialized one-on-one form of support designed to help individuals navigate the grieving process and cope with loss, illness, or any other significant trauma and prepare you for a future of hope. Unlike counseling we focus on addressing grief's emotional and psychological aspects, taking a more proactive and goal-oriented approach. Helping individuals complete the unfinished business surrounding their loss in a safe and supportive environment. .
Grief Support Groups
Grief Support Groups- Grief Support Groups are group meets that offer emotional support in a group setting for both adults and children ages 7 to 18. Our support groups include grief education, practical activities and more; providing the opportunity for those who are going through or have gone through similar experiences to come together and share personal experiences, emotions and coping strategies that work.
Youth Grief Camp
Youth Grief Camps- Summer weekend retreats designed for children aged 7 to18, segmented into age-specific groups. These camps foster support networks among participants, leveraging outdoor activities and nature-based therapies to facilitate emotional healing and introspection.
